Service Description

This complimentary introductory call is the first step in the Crownhart Dental Consulting Dental Practice Health Assessment process. We’ll explain how the assessment works, review what information will be needed, answer your questions, and discuss what to expect before the evaluation begins. During the call, we’ll learn about your practice structure, current concerns, goals, and the areas you want evaluated. Following the call, you’ll receive the Doctor Assessment Intake Workbook and instructions for submitting the information needed to begin your assessment. This introductory call is not the full Dental Practice Health Assessment. No formal assessment scores, findings, reports, or recommendations are provided during this consultation. The comprehensive assessment may evaluate financial performance, production and collections, accounts receivable, insurance processes, scheduling, hygiene performance, treatment acceptance, administrative workflows, leadership and team systems, technology utilization, patient experience, and opportunities for sustainable growth. There is no charge for this introductory call and no obligation to purchase services.
