That belief inspired me to create Crownhart Dental Consulting.
My passion is helping dental practices across the country build healthier businesses through higher standards, greater efficiency, stronger leadership, and practical systems that create lasting success. When practices thrive, teams are more fulfilled, patients receive better care, and communities become healthier.
Over the years, I've developed a comprehensive suite of proprietary assessment tools, operational systems, and consulting resources designed to help practices identify opportunities, measure performance, and implement meaningful improvements with confidence. With 20+ years of dental practice management experience, I work alongside dentists and their teams to identify opportunities, solve challenges, and implement customized strategies that improve operations, profitability, and the overall patient experience. With more than four decades of experience in dentistry, Dr. Jeanine Nordeen brings an exceptional depth of clinical knowledge, professional leadership, and real-world perspective to Crownhart Dental Consulting. Throughout her distinguished career, she has worked alongside dentists, dental teams, and organizations in a variety of clinical environments. This experience has given her a meaningful understanding of the responsibilities, pressures, and complex decisions dental professionals face each day.
A retired United States Army Colonel, Dr. Nordeen’s career reflects a lifelong commitment to service, integrity, leadership, and excellence. Her expertise extends beyond clinical dentistry. She understands how strong communication, thoughtful leadership, effective systems, and collaboration between doctors and their teams can strengthen a practice, build team confidence, earn patient trust, and support a higher standard of care.
As an Independent Clinical Consultant, Dr. Nordeen provides valuable insight into clinical workflows, provider communication, documentation, patient-care processes, team education, and the practical implementation of improvements within a dental practice. Her experience brings an important dentist’s perspective to Crownhart Dental Consulting and helps ensure that clinical considerations are approached thoughtfully, responsibly, and with respect for the professional judgment of each practice’s treating providers.

When I'm not working with dental teams, you'll often find me spending time with my husband, exploring new places, enjoying a great meal, or making memories with family and friends. Those moments remind me why creating healthier, more balanced workplaces matters so much.
